STORY & LIKENESS RELEASE AGREEMENT
Please read this carefully before signing.
By submitting this form, I (the "Submitter") hereby grant Jesse Hull, professionally known as
Dark Country Boy (the "Artist"), and his affiliates, successors, and assigns,
a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use my name, story,
photograph, likeness, voice description, and any other information I have voluntarily provided in
this submission in connection with:
- Musical recordings, songs, albums, and sound recordings
- Music videos, lyric videos, and visual content
- Social media posts, advertising, and promotional materials
- Merchandise, websites, and digital products
- Any other creative or commercial use at the Artist's sole discretion
I understand and agree that:
- My story is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge
- I have the full right to share this story and grant these rights — it does not infringe on anyone else's rights
- I am 18 years of age or older
- The creation and publication of any song is at the Artist's sole discretion and is not guaranteed
- I will receive no monetary compensation for this submission or any resulting song
- I may be credited by name in the song or promotional content, or my identity may be kept private — the Artist decides
- I cannot revoke this release once submitted
- My submission may not be returned to me
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. By typing my name
below and clicking "Submit My Story," I am providing my electronic signature to
this agreement, which is legally binding under the Electronic Signatures in Global and
National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.).
Your IP address, device, and the timestamp of this submission will be recorded as part of this agreement.
